Finding the Coverage You Need with Medicare
Medicare is a federally funded health insurance program offering healthcare coverage for elderly and disabled citizens. Medicare Part A is available for most people who have worked at least 10 years in the United States and are over the age of 65.
"Traditional Medicare" is made up of Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance), but doesn't offer completely coverage. This is why it's also important to look into Part C (Medicare Advantage) to obtain additional benefits through private companies and Part D which offers additional coverage for prescription drugs.

Independent
Medicare Brokers
Having an independent Medicare broker on your side can be incredibly helpful to ensure you’re getting the coverage you need. Medicare offers many essential benefits but isn’t comprehensive and doesn’t cover all out-of-pocket costs. It also doesn’t include prescription drug, vision or dental coverage. As an independent broker, Choice Care Group can help you find supplemental insurance or equivalent insurance through Medicare Advantage Plans so you aren’t left without vital coverage.

There Are Four Main Parts
to Medicare Benefits:

Part A
Having an independent Medicare broker on your side can be incredibly helpful to ensure you’re getting the coverage you need. Part C
Part C includes Medicare Advantage Plans, which are approved by the federal government but run by private companies. This allows for add-ons including dental, vision and prescription drug coverage.

Part B
Medicare Part B is optional and covers medical and outpatient coverage. This includes preventive care, office visits, surgeries, X-rays, ambulance services, diagnostic imaging and more.

Part D
Medicare Part D helps Medicare beneficiaries reduce out-of-pocket costs for the prescription drugs they need. Enrollment in Part D is generally voluntary, however, some people are required to enroll, and others should not enroll. Speak to a Choice Care Group expert today to make sure you avoid the Part D late enrollment penalty!
